The Hotel will be located on Mt. Herschel, Rottnest Island, between Longreach Bay and The Lakes.

Rottnest Island, a paradise on Perth's doorstep, is 19km off the coast and takes just half an hour by boat from the port of Fremantle.

The Island is 11km long and is surrounded by white sandy beaches and sparkling bays.

The Hotel will include 120 guest rooms being comprised of (20) two bedroom family villas, (5) executive suites with spa baths, (60) superior studio rooms and (35) deluxe twin studio rooms allm with views of Longreach Bay.

Each room will combine the laid back feel of Rottnest with a very contemporary sense of architectural modernity. Awaiting guests will be an indoor/outdoor experience that includes bathing under the stars from the privacy of landscaped courtyards.
